This week, during Bountiful Financial’s quarterly planning session, David Friedman made a powerful point: true integrity means fully integrating your values and faith into every aspect of your life.
When you live with integrity, there are no boundaries to how God influences you, including how you manage your God-given financial resources.
The word integrity comes from integer, meaning whole or undivided. Christ’s call to “Be ye therefore perfect” (Matthew 5:48) is, in fact, a call to integrity. The Greek word teleios, often translated as perfect, means complete or whole. Christ invites us to develop integrity, becoming whole in, through, and with Him.
Only you and God will know whether your sacred faith values factored into your investment decisions. Quiet, personal choices like this present an opportunity to grow in integrity and become one with God.
